Understanding Scholarships

At Lighthouse Christian College, we strive for academic excellence and are exceptionally proud of our students.

Scholarships at Lighthouse Christian College are financial support programs designed to help students pay for their education. They are given based on various criteria such as academic achievements, leadership skills, community involvement, and commitment to Christian values.

In 2024 we are offering up to six Academic Scholarships to new and current students for 2025.

Types of Scholarships

1. Academic Scholarships

For students who strive for  academic excellence.

2. Leadership Scholarships

For students who demonstrate strong leadership qualities.

3. General Excellence Scholarships

For students who are well-rounded in academics, sports, arts, and community service.

How to Apply

Step 1

Check Eligibility – Make sure you meet the criteria for the scholarship you’re interested in.

Step 2

Prepare Documents – Gather your academic records, recommendation letters, and any other required documents.

Step 3

Submit Application – Fill out the scholarship application form and submit it along with your documents before the deadline.

Selection Process

Applications are reviewed by a selection committee. They consider academic performance, leadership potential, and alignment with the school’s values.
Shortlisted candidates may be invited for an interview or to participate in assessment activities.

What academic programs do we offer?
Lighthouse Christian College offers a comprehensive educational program from Kindergarten through Year 12. We provide a balanced curriculum that includes core subjects like Mathematics, Science, and English, as well as a range of electives including the Arts, Technology, and Humanities. Advanced placement courses and vocational education options are also available for older students.
